Happy New Year

I cannot believe that we are already two weeks into the New Year. Christmas seems like such a distant memory, all the indulgence, alcohol and late nights have left their imprint on our skin and now we all seek ways to live a healthier way of life.

This is the time of year that the gym is packed in the evenings after work and all the ads on the TV about a weight loss and diets.

We are already half way through the month there isn’t long to go until the temperatures rise and the days get a little lighter and we all get that spring in our steps.
